Job Description
The New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is responsible for protecting and promoting the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare, juvenile justice services, and community-based supports. ACS manages foster care and prevention services, provides subsidized childcare vouchers, responds to allegations of child maltreatment, and oversees juvenile detention, placement, and community-based programs for youth.
